Our dear friends, Joe Quarnberg and Kevin Silary were arrested and taken to Pima County Jail on September 18th, 2025 for alleged participation in an anti-ICE protest that took place in June. Their homes and place of work were searched. The next day, the Pima County Prosecutors office attempted to make arguments for felony charges of criminal damage, riot, and terrorism. The judge found no probable cause for terrorism, but still set their bonds at $20,000 each. A group of allies working quickly together were able to secure their release later that day. No official charges have yet been filed. We will update this page as new info becomes available.
